What does Cosmetics by Krynica Vitamin do?
We are a contract manufacturer of cosmetics and household chemicals made under our clients’ brands – for well-known brands and retail chains (private label). Cosmetics by Krynica Vitamin is a brand of Krynica Vitamin S.A., listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Can you manufacture a product to our own formula?
Yes. We carry out projects based on formulas entrusted to us by clients. We can also offer a formulation from our library of ready-made formulas or develop a formula from scratch.
Can you develop a formula from scratch?
Yes. In our Research and Development Centre, with a fully equipped laboratory, we create tailor-made formulas – from product concept to formulation approval.
What products do you manufacture?
We work in five categories: personal care (hair, face and body care), home care (household chemicals), pet care, industry care (products for professional use) and car care.
What product forms are available?
We manufacture mists, oils, liquids, gels, foams and lotions.
What packaging and closures are available?
We offer packaging from 50 ml to 5 l, including tubes and canisters, with flip-top caps, screw caps, pumps, triggers and atomizers. Other packaging and closures are available on request.
Do you produce packaging?
Yes, packaging can be produced on site at our plant.
Do you offer short production runs?
Yes. We offer both long and short production runs, under strict control at every stage of manufacturing.
How does the implementation of a new product work?
Every project goes through nine stages: product concept, selection of raw materials, raw material documentation, laboratory trials, initial stability tests, verification of the formula against market and client requirements, production trial, stability tests on production batches and formulation approval. After approval we purchase raw materials and packaging, produce the series and store the finished products.
Where do you manufacture?
Our production plant is located in Niechcice (ul. Zakładowa 8, 97-340 Niechcice), in central Poland. Our head office is in Warsaw, at ul. Matyldy 35.
How do you take care of the environment?
We meet EU norms and standards. We use packaging containing recycled plastics (rePET), and our plants use electricity from 100% renewable sources.
